Changes to times and stops on Cityzap from Sunday 22 July

We've listened to your feedback about reliability on Cityzap, and from Sunday 22 July, we'll be making some changes to help keep things running smoothly for you.

During the daytime, York city centre gets really busy with traffic and people, with lots of our buses often caught up in congestion around the city. So, from 22 July, most departures on Cityzap will now start from Clifford Street, rather than The Stonebow.

After 8am on weekdays, and all day on Saturdays and Sundays, Cityzap will now start from Clifford Street. Buses leaving York before 8am on weekdays will continue to start from The Stonebow. Buses into York from Leeds will also finish on Clifford Street rather than The Stonebow.

The changes mean that we'll be able to stop at some more stops in the city. Buses heading into York will now drop you off on Micklegate, as well as the current stop at the rail station.

If you're going to Leeds, you'll now be able to catch Cityzap from Low Ousebridge, as well as Clifford Street and the rail station.

There'll also be some small changes to the timetable to accommodate the changes. Download your new timetable for Cityzap now.
