Yorkshire Coastliner (01653) 692 556 - lines open Mondays to Friday - 0800 to 1800, Saturdays - 0830 to 1700, Sundays - 1000 to 1600. At busy times, or when our office at Malton is closed, calls may be answered at our Call Centre in Harrogate.

If you need information on services that Transdev do not provide then please call Traveline on 0871 200 22 33. Lines are open 0800 to 2000 daily.

Please note the Tourist Information Centre within York Railway Station has now closed permanently.

The City of York Council office at 20 George Hudson Street, York, is open on Mondays to Fridays from 0830 - 1700.

Information about our services is also available from York Central Library in Museum Street.

Our Travel Centre at Malton Bus Station is open:

Mondays to Fridays - 0900 to 1500, Saturdays - 0900 to 1200

In Leeds we have an enquiry office at the City Bus Station, close to the stands that our services use, which is open:

Mondays to Fridays - 0800 to 1730, Saturdays - 0800 to 1730, Sundays - 0815 to 1130

Operating centres

The York depot is in Hospital Fields Road, where all Transdev York and York CitySightseeing buses are based. Due to Health and Safety considerations no public access is available to the depot.

For bus and coach operators we offer safe overnight parking at our depot close to York City Centre. We're based at Fulford Industrial Estate, off of Fulford Road (the A19 York to Selby road), close to the York Police Headquarters and Imphal Barracks. If arriving from the South or West, use the A64 as far as Fulford Interchange (Designer Outlet), then follow the A19 towards the City Centre.
